Drawn to the water, Hendrik is fortunate to call Treasure Island home. A native German who left his home country to work and study in New York, Mexico City, Spain and The Netherlands, Hendrik speaks three languages and possesses a sympathetic mix of traits: German “discipline and punctuality”, New Yorker “grit” and Latin “easy-going attitude”.
His career in Real Estate began with the German company Engel & Voelkers, the world’s leader in ultra-luxury Real Estate and lifestyle. In his first year, Hendrik became a top-producer for the company, listing and selling million-dollar homes right from the get-go.
